SecuritySecurity and safety are paramount in Otter Creek. We believe awareness, education and involvement are the keys to safety and security for you and your family. Interested homeowners and volunteers regularly meet on the first Tuesday of every month at the clubhouse to discuss factors that promote and maintain the safety and well being of our community. The Little Rock Police Department ranks Otter Creek as one of the safest communities in the metropolitan area. Our two entrances and exits, video cameras, street lighting and concerned residents contribute to this top ranking.
