About Otter Creek
Three decades ago Otter Creek was simply the vision of developers for a planned community nestled in the oak and pine forests of southwestern Pulaski County. Ground broke on the first home in 1976. 30-years and 1000+ homes later, Otter Creek is a true Arkansas diamond. Conveniently located in central Arkansas, our residents enjoy easy access to shopping, fine dining, arts and culture, sporting events, airport, churches, hospitals and interstate system.
The community is governed by an elected board of directors. Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month and are open to all homeowners. A club manager and staff oversee amenities and day-to-day business operations.
Otter Creek comprises many sub-divisions within our gated community. Home sizes range from 1700 to over 3000 square feet. Our bylaws and bills of assurance provide restrictions to maintain an esthetically pleasing neighborhood.
All residents are required to pay monthly dues that are utilized for the maintenance of assets and amenities. And if you like amenities...you will love it here. The neighborhood has miles of walking trails and green spaces. Tennis anyone? As a homeowner you will have access to eleven, beautiful, lighted championship courts. Or how about a dip in one of swimming pools? Your children will have access to several playgrounds located throughout the community. Ready to relax and enjoy a game on the big screen or socialize with friends? The clubhouse offers abundant social events, a full bar, light food and snacks.
Otter Creek is known for "Community" where neighbors know their neighbors. Family and block parties are not uncommon. And the July 4th community parade and celebration draws hundreds to the clubhouse and pools each summer. Many residents make community friends simply by visiting the pools, volunteering for the swim team, serving on social committees, through tennis programs and more.
