OTTER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
RULES AND REGULATIONS HANDBOOK
This Rules and Regulations Handbook is provided to serve as a source of general information for the members of Otter Creek Homeowners Association; and as a guide for the operation and use of the facilities and common areas provided for the recreation and enjoyment of Otter Creek members.
Update as of April 24, 2012: "Any child under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, age 15 or older. Guardians must stay in the immediate pool area."
RESIDENT MEMBERS are those who are record owners of a fee or undivided fee interest of any acreage as described in the Homeowners Association Declaration of Otter Creek. Resident members have the right to use and enjoy all the facilities of the Racquet Club, permanent open space, playgrounds and parks. Resident members are issued member ID cards, identifying them as members and allowing them to charge on their member account (café, guest fees, special events, etc.). Members must have their OC ID cards with them at all times when on Association property. This includes clubhouse, café, tennis courts, pool, volleyball and basketball courts, etc.
TENANTS: Several homes in Otter Creek are leased or rented. Homeowners are required to sign authorization to allow renter use of facilities. Homeowners who delegate their privileges to Tenants will be unable to use facilities themselves. Cancellation of delegation must be done in writing. Tenants will be issued provisional membership cards which allow use of facilities, but do not allow charge privileges. Homeowners who choose to rent or lease their home are still responsible for all dues, as well as the condition and appearance of their property as outlined in the Bills of Assurance.
GUESTS
- Any member bringing a non-resident guest onto Association property must register their guest at the office or clubhouse and pay a guest fee of $4.00. Guest fee may be paid in cash or charged to Member account. Failure to remit guest fee may result in disciplinary action up to and including a $25.00 fine being charged to Member’s account. Repeated violation of the guest fee policy may result in a guest being permanently barred from use of the facility.
- Upon payment of $4.00 Guest Fee, guest will receive a temporary Guest Pass or wristband. Guest should wear wristband or have Guest Pass with them at all times while on Association property. Guest Pass should be returned to office or clubhouse staff when guest leaves the premises.
- No member may bring the same guest more than twice in one week, unless they have registered with the office and obtained an extended guest pass.
- Guests must be accompanied by the Member who signs them in at all times while on Association property.
- Members are liable for damages by tenants, family members, or their guests, to any of the club facilities or contents of the facilities, at full replacement cost.

*Clubhouse hours are subject to change without notice based on low demand or inclement weather, at the discretion of staff and/or management.
- Children under the age of 10 are not allowed inside the clubhouse without adult supervision.
- No one is permitted inside the clubhouse, except restrooms, with wet swimwear.
- No firearms, BB guns, or any other item which may be construed as a weapon will be allowed in the Clubhouse at any time. Staff and management reserve the right to confiscate any item deemed dangerous or being used in a threatening manner.
- Pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse at any time.
- No one is permitted in the bar or café service area (behind counter or in kitchen) other than authorized cafe/bar personnel.
- The manager, or staff, has the right to expel from the club, and its facilities, any misbehaving or unruly person. The period of time an individual may be expelled will be based on the behavior and the discipline rules as set forth in this handbook.
- The pool, clubhouse, and pavilion are available for special events and private parties. Rental reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are made through the office, and may be made up to 6 months in advance. Only homeowners or current Otter Creek residents with privileges may reserve the clubhouse, pool, or pavilion.
- Scheduled club functions for members have priority over private events.
- Reservations include exclusive use of the clubhouse, pavilion, or pool only.
- Members bringing guests to tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball courts, volleyball courts, or club functions must pay guest fee of $4.00 per guest, payable by member at time of use. Failure to pay guest fee prior to use may result in a $25 fine.
- Groups utilizing the clubhouse (i.e., Women’s Club, committees, etc.) are required to clean up prior to leaving the building. If the building is not left clean, a cleaning fee may apply.
- It is the responsibility of each member to make sure that an authorized signature is included on each charge ticket (café purchases). Original charge tickets will not be included with monthly statements, but a copy may be requested at the club office during regular business hours.
- Regularly scheduled activities for holiday celebrations are held throughout the year. Clubhouse may not be reserved for private use at these times.
OFFICE
Office hours are as follows (effective February 7, 2011):

- Otter Creek Homeowners Association maintains a worldwide web page at www.ottercreekonline.com. Homeowners may register on the website for access to Board Meeting Minutes, a special MEMBERS ONLY page, and inclusion in the members’ database.
- Association assessments, fees, and charges for rentals and purchases are due on the 1st of the month. If payment is not received by 5pm on the 25th of the billing month, a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed to the account. Please make checks payable to OCHOA and put your Member number in the Memo line of all checks.
- In most cases, payments will be posted within 1-2 business days. However, checks received at peak activity times – such as weekends, holidays, or near the 25th of the month may take as many as 3-5 days to post to the account.
- Overdue Accounts Collection Procedure
· Association fees and other charges are due the first day of each month and are considered late after 4pm the 25th of the month.
· If payment is not received by 4pm on the 25th, a late fee of $15 will be added to the account. Facility usage and charge privileges are suspended. The next month’s billing statement will indicate that the account is past due.
· If payment is not received 7-10 days after next statement mailing, homeowners with delinquent accounts will receive letters advising:
Ø The account is overdue, and will be turned over for collection. Account will be charged all applicable collection and/or legal fees.
Ø If payment is not received by next billing cycle, a Default/Consent Judgment is secured. A lien is placed against the property, and all homeowner privileges are suspended. Homeowner is charged for all collection and legal fees.
- Homeowners who pay past due accounts in full should allow up to 1 week for payments to be posted and their account to be cleared before using any of the facilities.
- Homeowners whose names appear on the NO PRIVILEGES list may not use any of the facilities until their name no longer appears on the list. This may take 2-5 business days, depending on the payment cycle.
- Once the account is brought current, the homeowner’s name will be removed from the NO PRIVILEGES list and the member is once again considered to be “In Good Standing,” however CHARGE privileges will not be reinstated until the member has established a payment history of at least 6 months without a delinquency.
- Grievances of any nature should be handled through the club office. Grievances requiring procedural change, or grievances of major consequence, should be submitted in writing at the Association office for review and action, or emailed to the Board of Directors. Grievances may also be addressed in person at any regular meeting of the Board of Directors.
- General ledger and other financial documents are available for review at the Association office, by appointment, during regular business hours, by any member or officer of the Association. Such documents shall not be removed from the manager’s office, but may be copied or reproduced in whole or in part for a copy fee. Minutes of Board meetings are also available for review.
CLUBS, COMMITTEES, AND MISC.
Committees – Committees are formed as needed to assist and advise in the planning and maintenance of various activities and services under the direction of the Association Management and Board of Directors.
Tennis – A variety of tennis events are scheduled throughout the year. They may include community tournaments for residents, adult and junior state sanctioned tournaments, and social activities.
Swimming – Lessons for all levels of swimmers are available each summer depending on availability of staff. Special swimming events and games for children and adults may be held in conjunction with holidays such as the Fourth of July. The Swim Team Committee sponsors a swim team during the summer months.
Special Events and Activities – Holiday celebrations, social activities, and other events are held throughout the year. These will be posted on the website and marquee, and published in the newsletter.
Mailboxes – Each newly built home should have a mailbox which is in compliance with the Otter Creek Homeowners Association Bill of Assurance. Mailbox locations have been pre-established by mutual agreement of the Association and the United States Postal Service.
Fences and other permanent improvements – Alterations to any house including fences, patio covers, satellite dishes, paint color changes, etc., must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Violations of this regulation, which is also included in the Otter Creek Bill of Assurance, may result in the property owner having to alter or remove unapproved structures.
A person must submit a drawing of any proposed addition or alteration (including materials to be used), to the Association Office to be reviewed by the Architectural Committee. Homeowners will be notified of approval after review.

CLUBHOUSE, PAVILION, AND POOL RENTAL:
The clubhouse and swimming pool are available for private rental by Homeowners or Residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Facilities may only be rented by Otter Creek Homeowners or Tenants with designated privileges. All rentals are subject to availability and restrictions. Association and community activities take priority over private rentals.
Homeowner of record must come in to the office to sign a rental form and put down a deposit at least one week in advance to secure rental date and time. Homeowner must be current on all assessments and charges prior to reservation. Full payment in advance will be required from any homeowner with poor payment history, or any account with 2 or more late payments in the previous 6-month period. Tenant with designated privileges must pay entire rental fee in advance at least one week prior to reservation date.
Club and Pool cancellations should be submitted in writing. Clubhouse cancellations should be received no less than 30 days prior to reservation. Pool cancellations should be received no less than 10 days prior to reservation. NO PHONE CANCELLATIONS are accepted.
Otter Creek residents with reservations will be allowed into the ballroom or clubhouse for set-up one hour prior to scheduled time. Folding tables and chairs may be made available by request on a first-come, first-served basis. Tables and/or chairs may not be removed from the building. Resident is responsible for setting up all tables and/or chairs. Resident will be responsible for putting away tables and/or chairs and cleaning up the facility after use. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee. Clean-up and tear down should be completed within one hour after the scheduled end of function to avoid additional charges. All trash must be placed in trash bags, tied, and put into trash receptacles provided. No loose trash should be thrown into containers. Garbage bags may be requested at the café.
The Pool Deck Area may be reserved for up to a 2 hour maximum. Guest fees must be paid for non-residents who remain after the 2-hour limit. Pool Deck rental does not include swimming privileges. Regular guest policy applies to anyone wishing to use the pool. Cake, snacks, and drinks must remain inside the fenced deck area. Guests may stay at the pool as long as the owner remains, but the deck must be cleared – failure to clean up deck & return furniture to its previous location will result in a cleaning fee.
ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED AND CONSUMED IN THE BUILDING, or inside the fenced pool area. No alcohol may be brought onto the premises or carried off the premises.
Pavilion reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Scheduled club functions for members have priority over private parties. A reservation includes the exclusive use of the pavilion only. Key to pavilion light box may be checked out at office by leaving $25 refundable key deposit. Pavilion parties must end by 10:00 p.m. Pavilion rental does include access to playground area, but does not extend to use of any other amenity. Members wishing to bring guests to pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, etc. must pay applicable guest fees. All other guest rules apply.
After use, picnic tables and pavilion must be cleaned, and all trash must be bagged and deposited into enclosed garbage receptacles, or a $50.00 cleaning fee will apply, in addition to the rental fee. Café staff will unlock dumpster gate upon request. Garbage bags may be requested at clubhouse. Members are liable for damages at full replacement cost to the pavilion or contents of the facilities by family members or their guests. No fires are allowed, except in grills provided for that purpose. Bicycles, skateboards, motorcycles, mopeds, three-wheelers, etc. are strictly prohibited in the pavilion area.

Babysitting, garage sales, etc. will be billed at a rate of $5.00 and limited to 4 lines. No graphics.
Free Community News:
Tennis Committee, Women’s Club, Social Committee, Swim Team, etc.
Political Ads:
Billing for political advertising is the same as for business ads. Items of a controversial or inflammatory nature, rebuttals, comments on other candidates, etc. will not be accepted.
CAFÉ AND CLUBHOUSE
- All owners and residents must have their Otter Creek ID with them at all times while on Association property. This includes tennis courts, basketball courts, club functions, etc.
- OCHOA does not provide child care. Any child who will not turn 12 during the calendar year must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, age 15 or older at all times while on the premises. Parents are responsible for their own children.
- Otter Creek employees are authorized to enforce all rules and regulations of the Association. Anyone found in violation of any of the rules while on Association property will be warned and, if behavior continues, will be required to leave the facilities.
- No horseplay, running or playing ball inside the Clubhouse, or near the entrance.
- Rude, disruptive, offensive behavior or the use of profane language will not be tolerated.
- No wet bathing suits are allowed in the Clubhouse – except in the restrooms.
- Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas in the Clubhouse.
- Trash should be properly disposed of in trash containers – not left on tables or counters.
- Please be considerate of others when watching television - no music video channels, adult situation talk shows or comedies, or any programming that may be considered offensive. All entertainment must be conducive to a family environment.
- No firearms, BB guns, or anything that could be construed as a weapon will be allowed in the Clubhouse or on Association property at any time.
- Pets are not allowed inside Clubhouse at any time.
- No bicycle, skateboard, or scooter parking on sidewalks or in front of clubhouse. Bicycles should be parked in bike racks. Scooters & skateboards may be placed in fenced area beside office.
- No one is permitted behind the bar or counter other than authorized Otter Creek staff.
- Guests are the responsibility of the homeowner. Each guest must be properly signed in and guest fees paid. No member can bring the same guest more than twice in one week, unless they have registered with the office and obtained an extended guest pass.
- Homeowners, children of homeowners, and guests of homeowners should follow the policies and rules established by the OC Homeowners Association at all times. Management and/or employees have the right to enforce the following disciplinary measures:
- 1st Offense-Verbal warning and the offense must be immediately corrected.
- 2nd Offense-Offender must leave the premises for the rest of the day.
- 3rd Offense-Offender will not be allowed on the premises for the remainder of the week.
- Continued disruptive or offensive behavior; or repeated breaking of polices or rules may warrant additional disciplinary action or long-term consequences.
GREENBELT:
- All motor vehicles, including three-wheelers, four-wheelers, motorcycles, mopeds, and so forth are prohibited on sidewalks, greenbelt, playgrounds, and club facilities. Service vehicles are permitted when needed.
- Dumping on vacant lots or in green belt areas is strictly prohibited.
- Firearms, BB guns, fireworks, or anything which may be considered dangerous to the welfare of others, are not permitted on the club grounds, paved walkways, common areas, or playground areas.
- Pedestrians have the right-of-way on all paved walkways.
BASKETBALL COURT:
- Basketball courts are for members and their guests only.
- All players must have their membership ID with them at all times.
- A fee of $4.00 is required for each guest. Guests must be registered in the office or Clubhouse. Members must accompany their guests while on association property.
VOLLEYBALL COURT:
- The volleyball court is for members and their guests only.
- All players must have their membership ID with them at all times.
- The volleyball net may be checked out at the clubhouse. Failure to return in good condition will result in replacement fees.
- A fee of $4.00 is required for each guest. Guests must be registered in the office or clubhouse, and will receive a temporary guest pass or wristband. Members must accompany their guests at all times while on association property.
- Volleyball players should be considerate of tennis matches in process on nearby courts. Volleyball players becoming loud or disruptive during tennis play may be asked to leave.
WEIGHT ROOM:
- Weight room is for Otter Creek residents only. Guests must be signed in at the office or clubhouse, and must be accompanied by an Otter Creek resident at all times. $4.00 guest fee must be paid prior to any guest using the weight room.
- Absolutely NO children under the age of 16 allowed in the weight room at any time.
- Youth, ages 16-17, must be supervised by a parent or adult resident over the age of 21 at all times. Adults have priority on all equipment.
- Please wipe down all equipment with disinfectant after each use.
- Please be considerate of others by limiting your time on any one piece of equipment.
- Please let the office know if supplies are low, or equipment is not functioning properly.
- Any abuse of equipment will result in fines and suspension from the weight room.
- Please lock up and turn off lights and TV. After hours, be sure to set alarm before leaving.
- Please contact the Association office immediately if your weight room key is lost or stolen.
SWIMMING POOL:
- All members and children 10 or older must have a membership card and register at the pool sign-in desk. Members and children 10 or older must sign in under their own name and ID number. No member may sign another member in as a guest.
- Upon registering at the pool sign-in desk, all residents, children, and guests will receive a wrist band to be worn at all times while at the pool. (Optional for children 5 and under)
- Guest fees are $4.00 and may be paid in cash or charged on the homeowner’s account.
- Any member bringing a guest must wear member wristband AND guest wristband as long as guest is at the pool. Guests must be accompanied by the member who signed them in at all times.
- A swim test may be administered to children who will not be at least 12 years old during the calendar year.
- Any child under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, age 15 or older. Guardians must stay in the immediate pool area.
- A non-resident babysitter of a resident’s child(ren) may come to the pool without paying a guest fee while supervising the resident’s child(ren). They must, however, be registered by the resident in the management office. Non-resident babysitters may not bring guests. Non-resident babysitter may not use the pool unless accompanied by resident’s child(ren). Only one free babysitter pass per household is allowed.
- There is a maximum of 8 guests per day, per MEMBER household. Responsible member must remain with guests at all times while on Association property.
- Non dues-paying residents (residents not responsible for association dues, such as children or renters) may bring one guest per person per day (maximum 4 per household).
- The same guest may not come more than twice in a one-week period. Resident must remain with guest at all times while on Association property.
- Members with out-of-town guests who live further than 75 miles from Little Rock staying in their home (overnight) should contact the office no less than 3 business days in advance to register for a guest pass. Members who do not request guest pass in advance must pay $4/day guest fee. Day visitors or guests who live less than 75 miles away must pay $4/day guest fee. “2-day Rule” applies to any guest who does not have a guest pass. This applies to the swimming pool only. Club guest fees and/or tennis court guest fees are paid separately.
- Wet swimsuits are not allowed inside the Clubhouse.
- Glassware and cans are not permitted in the pool area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
- All refuse must be placed in containers provided.
- Pool patrons under the age of 18 must wear appropriate swim attire. No street clothes or cut-offs. No thong bikinis.
- Children and youth will not be allowed to come into the pool area for more than 15 minutes unless they are wearing proper swimming attire.
- Suntan lotions containing no dispersed or dissolved oil only; no oil of any kind allowed in pool area.
- The first 15 minutes of each hour is a rest period for children 17 and under. Children must be out of the pools during this time.
- The toddler pool is intended for toddlers and young children who are not yet able to swim. Older children and children who are able to swim will not be allowed to play in the toddler pool. Lifeguards and pool monitors may use their discretion when enforcing this rule.
- Roughhousing on rafts will not be tolerated. When lifeguards or pool monitors deem the pool to be too crowded, rafts will not be permitted.
- Roughhousing, running, or chasing is NOT permitted in the pools or pool area. Violators may be ejected or denied pool privileges.
- All food or drink (including alcoholic beverages) consumed at pool or club must be purchased at the concession stand. No food or drink may be consumed in the pool or at the pool’s edge. This is a Health Department regulation and will be strictly enforced.
- Lifeguards and pool monitors have the authority to enforce all rules and issue discipline.
- State law requires that all swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
- Rude, disruptive, offensive behavior and the use of profane language will not be tolerated.
- During times of low attendance, or in the event of inclement weather, the pool may close.
- Any non swim-related toys (athletic balls, racquets, tennis balls, skateboards, etc.) must be left outside or checked at the gate before entering pool area.
- Lifeguards reserve the right to require a swim test of any pool patron they deem questionable to be in deep water. The swim test consists of swimming the length of the lap pool unassisted while being observed by a lifeguard.
- Small children must wear swim diapers. No regular diapers will be allowed.
- Diapers should be changed in the restroom and disposed of properly. Please do not change diapers in the pool area.
DIVING BOARD RULES
- Only one person on the diving board at a time.
- No diving is allowed in the shallow end of either pool.
- Dives shall be executed in a forward motion from the front of the diving board.
- Previous diver must touch the side of the pool or ladder before next person dives.
- Divers should vacate the area in front of the diving board as quickly as possible after diving.
- No goggles, masks, or flotation devices may be used while diving.
- Parents are not allowed to be in the deep end to catch small children as they attempt to jump from the diving board.
TENNIS COURTS:
- Proper tennis clothing and tennis shoes are required. Shirts must be worn while on the courts.
- Glassware is not permitted in the court area.
- Bikes, skateboards, inline skates and other riding toys are not permitted on the courts.
- Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the court area.
- Improper language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension from the facilities.
- Balls should be picked up and trash must be placed in the containers provided after use.
- Adults and juniors 16 and older have priority on courts 1 through 7 and 9 through 11.
- Juniors have priority on court 8. Juniors are encouraged to make court reservations. If juniors do not have a reservation and fail to sign in, other juniors may bump them off the court. If no junior has a reservation, and court 8 is available, an adult may sign up for the court after 7:30 p.m. and not be bumped.
- Tennis courts may only be reserved by OC Members or Team Captains. All players must have their OC membership card with them and sign-in before playing. Sign in sheet is in the office during office hours. After hours, the sign-in sheet will be in the clubhouse or with Club Monitor. Member should sign in any guest accompanying them and pay the $4.00 guest fee prior to play. Failure to pay guest fee will result in $25 fine.
- Reservations for courts may be made up to one week in advance. Courts are scheduled in 1½ hour time-slots. (I.e. 6:00-7:30, 7:30-9:00, etc.) Only one court may be reserved at a time.
- If a member is fifteen minutes late for his or her court reservation, the reservation is considered cancelled. The court becomes available for use by another member. As a courtesy, all members should cancel their courts if they know they are unable to play.
- Players shall stay on their assigned court. Should a homeowner desire a change of courts, please notify the office so the change may be made on the sign-in sheet.
- Two courts are reserved for instruction by the Otter Creek tennis professionals. (These are usually courts 1 and 2, but are subject to change.)
- A timer shuts the lights off automatically at a specific time. If only one court is being used, please use only one set of lights. If you are the last player to leave courts, please turn off the lights manually using the light switches at the tennis shed.
Guests
- Guest fee is $4.00 for 1 ½ hours of court use. Guest fee should be paid prior to play. Guest fee may be paid in cash or charged to Member account. Failure to remit guest fee prior to court play, may result in disciplinary action up to and including a $25.00 fine being charged to Member’s account. Repeated violation of the guest fee policy may result in a guest being permanently barred from use of the facility.
- Upon payment of $4.00 Guest Fee, guest will receive a wrist band. Wrist band must be worn while on Otter Creek property. Wrist band is for single use only.
- Guests must be accompanied by the Member who signs them in at all times while on Association property.
- Regularly scheduled tennis socials and events are held throughout the year. The Association will determine the number of guest fees that will apply and arrive at a fixed rate which will be due and payable to the Association prior to the start of any event.
Leagues and Team Play
- All new Otter Creek leagues must be set up through the OCHOA office.
- Guests playing on an Otter Creek team or USTA league pay a one-time non-resident league fee. Non-resident league fees are $25.00 for Combo and Mixed League and $30.00 for Spring League Teams. A sliding scale will apply to non-residents playing on multiple OC teams. Non-residents may participate in team practices at no additional cost; however, the standard $4.00 guest fee will apply for any non league-related play.
- Team Rosters and guest fees must be turned in to the Association office prior to the start of League play. Team captains will be issued guest passes for every non-resident on their team. Guest pass should be given to non-resident after the non-resident league fee has been paid. A non-resident guest playing on an Otter Creek league must display their temporary Guest Pass at all times, and must be accompanied by a member while on Association property. League Guest Pass does not give non-resident access to any other Otter Creek amenities or activities.
- Reservations for USTA, Intercity and Otter Creek league matches may be made farther in advance than one week, and for more than one court. USTA and Intercity leagues may reserve courts for two hours. Reservation times for USTA team matches on Saturday and Sunday are: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. This does not apply to team practices.
Non-Resident Tennis Lessons
- Appropriate guest fees will also apply to any non-residents participating in private or group instruction from one of the Otter Creek tennis pros or associates.
- Non-residents enrolled in tennis lessons may arrange to use the courts for practice during times when one of the pros is on-site.
- A non-resident using a court for practice will be considered the guest of the tennis pro on-site, and the pro will be responsible for the actions of their student while the guest is on Association property.
- Practice courts for non-residents should be reserved by one of the teaching pros or associates.
- Non-resident should pay $4.00 guest fee for each practice session. Guest fee may be paid in the office or clubhouse.
- Upon payment of $4.00 guest fee, guest will be issued wrist band which must be worn while on Association property.
- Practice court is only available to non-resident currently enrolled in lessons. Non-resident may not bring any guest to play on Otter Creek courts.
- Juniors (17 and under) enrolled in group or private lessons will not be required to pay guest fee. Non-resident juniors enrolled in instruction may bring ONE parent out on the court for practice. Court must be reserved by pro in advance and office should be informed that a parent will be accompanying the junior. Parent practicing with junior must pay $4.00 guest fee prior to practice.
- Players wishing to check out ball machine must be on list in the office. (Ask pro to be added to list.) Player must call ahead to reserve court and ball machine.
The Otter Creek Homeowners Association Board of Directors has approved the Rules and Regulations set forth in this booklet. It is the responsibility of each member to report any and all violations to the Association Management or staff so that proper action may be taken.
