Indeed residency has its privileges! Home ownership and your monthly dues entitle you to utilize every amenity within the neighborhood. Please make sure to carry your Otter Creek issued photo identification card with you at all times while using amenities.
Swimming Pools-Three beautiful pools await residents! One meter pool with lap lanes, one recreational pool with high and low diving boards, and one shallow "Tad-Pool" with fun water effects and fountains.
Tennis Courts-Homeowners have access to eleven lighted championship courts surfaced with the new USTA blue color. We also have two teaching pros, ball machine and two hitting walls. Courts must be reserved at the office or clubhouse. Each player must sign in. All guests must be registered and fees paid before play begins.
Clubhouse-Watch a game on the big screen television or enjoy a beverage and snack. The clubhouse is a great place to meet friends and neighbors. Social events are scheduled periodically and published in the monthly newsletter and website.
Fitness Room-Is available to residents 16 years or older. Enjoy treadmills, elliptical trainers, free weights, Smith machine and other equipment. Sign in is required.
Play Grounds-Playgrounds are abundant in the neighborhood and our walking trails lead to most units.The main unit is located behind the clubhouse. Contact the clubhouse for the playground location nearest to your home.
Basketball-Basketball goals are located behind the clubhouse next to the main playground.
Pavilion-An outdoor open-air pavilion is available behind the clubhouse. The unit is lighted for nighttime events and a large charcoal grill is there for barbecuing.
Walking Trails-Are abundant throughout most of the original sections of the neighborhood. Otter Creek is unique in the fact that most of our sidewalks meander through our common areas rather than next to the street. Many lead to the clubhouse.
Guest Fees-Homeowners who wish to bring guests onto association property to use the swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness room or basketball courts may do so by paying a small guest fee. Guest fees may be paid in cash or charged to your account.
