How much are dues? - All residents are obligated to pay $41.00 per month or $492 annually.

Are the gates locked each night? - No. All streets within our gates are public city streets, therefore gates must be accessible to everyone 24-hours per day. However, passive gates slow the flow of traffic. Cameras strategically mounted at each entrance/exit capture vehicular traffic 24-hours per day.

Financial information and board action-Your board of directors and club manager realize not every resident can attend monthly and special meetings. Thus, some community information is published on this website and in the monthly newsletter. Furthermore, your board of directors subscribe to full disclosure policy regarding all information regarding the community with exception to personnel issues. Any dues paying homeowner may make an appointment with the office to request copies of financial and community information during normal business hours. For details contact the club at 455-2500.
